You'll work in a people-focused HR tech company where every voice will be heard. Join us and become part of our multicultural and diverse team! Position Overview As a Product Manager (Data & Machine Learning), you will own high-impact initiatives that leverage data and ML to improve search, matching, and marketplace efficiency. You will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where complex and ambiguous problems need to be broken down, analyzed, and turned into actionable solutions. This role requires extreme ownership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to deliver measurable results for both job seekers and employers. This role can be based anywhere in Canada or in the US, as we are a Remote first company (Canada preferred). Note that the internal job title will be Product Manager (L5). What You’ll Own and Drive

  • Lead the roadmap for ML-driven search and matching, including ranking, personalization, and marketplace optimization.
  • Translate business goals into actionable, data-backed product strategies with measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with engineering and data science to ship and iterate ML models in production.
  • Use experimentation and predictive analytics (A/B testing, metrics frameworks) to guide decisions.
  • Define success metrics and continuously optimize against them.
  • Communicate trade-offs, insights, and results clearly across technical and commercial teams.
  • Simplify and demystify ML-driven decisions for stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of AI/ML and ad tech trends, introducing innovative approaches into the marketplace.

Must-Haves

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years focused on ML/data products, ad tech, or marketplaces.
  • Proven track record of shipping and scaling ML-powered products with measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering and data science teams.
  • Deep understanding of the ML lifecycle (data collection, training, deployment, monitoring).
  • Familiarity with experimentation platforms and predictive analytics.

Nice to Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Exposure to ML and Search frameworks (PyTorch, OpenSearch, Transformers).
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, RedShift, Athena).
  • Advanced degree in a related field.
  • Marketplace or ad tech product experience.

  • Generous vacation policy
  • Flat and transparent organizational structure
  • Frequent corporate and networking events
  • A multicultural, inspiring and friendly atmosphere with a team of passionate people
