The Opportunity

As SupportRoom continues to expand internationally, we are looking for an Account Executive (AE) based in Greece to drive new business growth across the European market.

As an AE, you will own the full sales cycle, converting opportunities generated by the SDR team into long-term deals with organisations looking to improve workplace intelligence, behavioural insight, and employee wellbeing outcomes.

You will work closely with HR leaders, People & Culture executives, Risk leaders, and C-suite stakeholders, demonstrating how our platforms help organisations gain deeper insight into their workforce.

This role is ideal for a high-performing B2B SaaS closer who thrives in a fast-growing environment and wants to sell technology that delivers real organisational impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to contract signature, converting qualified opportunities into new business revenue.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations showcasing the impact of our platforms (SR, PulseIQ and Vipani AI) on workplace intelligence and wellbeing, behavioural insights, and organisational risk management.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through HubSpot CRM, ensuring consistent follow-ups and deal progression.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify the ICP, build strong relationships with HR leaders, People & Culture teams, Risk leaders, and senior executives.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Lead contract discussions, pricing negotiations, and procurement processes to close deals successfully.
  • Collaboration with SDR Team: Work closely with the SDR team to maximise conversion rates from qualified meetings to closed revenue.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about trends across workplace intelligence, behavioural analytics, HR technology, and AI-driven workforce insights.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales and 1+ year in closing deals, ideally in HR Tech, AI, analytics or enterprise technology
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing full-cycle sales processes
  • Strong experience delivering product demos and executive presentations
  • Comfortable selling to HR leaders, People & Culture teams, Risk leaders, and C-suite stakeholders
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM
  • Familiarity with outbound tools such as Apollo, Surfe, Aircall or similar
  • Strong commercial negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Fluent English and Greek required
  • Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven
