I'm partnering with a private equity-backed, acquisition-driven organization seeking an HR Director to help build and scale the people function during an exciting period of growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and supporting a multi-entity organization through continued acquisitions and

integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting and manage external search partners.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Administer benefits, 401(k), leave programs, and HR compliance.
• Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and HR systems.
• Partner with leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Lead the people side of acquisitions, including onboarding, benefits integration, policy alignment, and change management.
• Help standardize HR processes and build scalable infrastructure across multiple businesses.

Ideal Background

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience in a private equity-backed, multi-entity, or acquisition-driven organization.
• Strong background in HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and talent acquisition.
• Experience integrating acquisitions, consolidating benefits, or supporting PEO/HRIS implementations is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where building processes is a key part of the role.
