About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter / HR Generalist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for all positions within our organization, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent that aligns with our company's values and goals. Additionally, you will provide essential HR support, including employee relations, onboarding, policy guidance, and maintaining accurate employee records. Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist functions
• Familiarity with various recruitment methods and tools, including social media platforms and job boards
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
• Passion for sports and knowledge of the industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
• Conduct reference and background checks for potential candidates
• Maintain and update job descriptions and postings on the company website and external job boards
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to attract qualified candidates
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and completing necessary paperwork
• Provide support and guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and compliance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with performance management processes and employee relations issues as needed
• Stay informed on HR trends, employment law changes, and best practices to ensure organizational compliance
