About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter / HR Generalist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for all positions within our organization, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent that aligns with our company's values and goals. Additionally, you will provide essential HR support, including employee relations, onboarding, policy guidance, and maintaining accurate employee records. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with various departments, including management, to support our company's growth and success in the competitive sports industry. Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist functions
  • Familiarity with various recruitment methods and tools, including social media platforms and job boards
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Passion for sports and knowledge of the industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
  • Conduct reference and background checks for potential candidates
  • Maintain and update job descriptions and postings on the company website and external job boards
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to attract qualified candidates
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and completing necessary paperwork
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and compliance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with performance management processes and employee relations issues as needed
  • Stay informed on HR trends, employment law changes, and best practices to ensure organizational compliance
