SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Data Migration Consultants x 2
Outside IR35 - Remote (UK or Europe)
We are seeking a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Data Migration Consultant to support an Employee Central project. The main focus of the role will be preparing, loading, troubleshooting, and reconciling data migrations into SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Key Responsibilities:
Support data migration loads into SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Prepare and manage EC import templates.
Execute data imports directly into SuccessFactors.
Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve import errors and rejected records.
Manage migration issues, exceptions, and data quality concerns.
Reconcile migrated data and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Required Experience:
Proven hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central data migration experience.
Strong understanding of EC data structures, objects, and dependencies.
Experience with data extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, and loading.
Ability to investigate and resolve migration and import issues.
Experience supporting testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
We need someone who can actively prepare, load, troubleshoot, and reconcile EC data, rather than a consultant who only coordinates migration activities.
