Global HR Project Manager

Role: PMO / Co-Project Lead – Global Employee Survey

Location: Ingelheim, Germany (Remote)

Contract: 12+ months

Domain: Pharmaceutical Industry experience is must

We are looking for an experienced PMO / Program Manager to support the rollout of a Global Employee Survey program for a large multinational organization. The role will work closely with the project lead and coordinate global HR workstreams to ensure smooth survey execution, stakeholder alignment, and post-survey enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project planning and timelines for the global survey program

• Coordinate HR, communications, leadership teams, and external survey vendors

• Track deliverables, risks, and dependencies across multiple global workstreams

• Support executive presentations, dashboards, and result analysis

• Ensure data governance, employee data validation, and access management

• Organize training sessions and enable HR teams on survey tools and results

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management, or HR transformation projects

• Experience working with global HR stakeholders in matrix organizations

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

• Experience with employee surveys, people analytics, or HR programs is a plus

• Strong PowerPoint, documentation, and facilitation skills
