Please note, this is initially a 3 month Fixed Term Contract, with the potential to extend, and/or become a permanent role.
The Role
- You’ll be deeply embedded into one of our exciting clients as a Sourcer, partnering directly with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to build pipelines for roles across R&D.
- You will take full ownership of identifying and mapping talent pools across R&D, utilising creative sourcing channels to uncover passive candidates in competitive markets
- Run outreach campaigns to attract top-tier talent, building long-term relationships and converting passive prospects into interested candidates
- You will act as a talent advisor, using sourcing metrics and market insights to inform hiring strategies and manage expectations with stakeholders
- You will partner closely with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to deeply understand technical requirements and team dynamics, ensuring a seamless flow of high-quality candidates
- Tools: You will leverage the latest AI tools, automation, and sourcing technologies to increase efficiency
- Coordination- there will be interview coordination and process management as part of the role
Requirements
- Min 3 years experience within a fast paced recruitment environment
- Strong sourcing skills, and expertise with Boolean
- R&D recruitment experience is essential
- Open to either in-house or agency experience
- Experience using LinkedIn recruiter to source candidates effectively and develop talent pools
- Ability to deliver a great candidate experience
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to prioritise your day effectively
- Outstanding communication skills - ensuring everyone you speak with gets a great brand experience
