Doctor Recruitment Manager

Our client is seeking a Doctor Recruitment Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. • Full cycle end-to-end recruiting for top-tier doctors from initial engagement to start date
• Managing national recruitment strategies and programs
• Managing candidate sourcing, evaluation, and interview processes
• Ensuring high quality candidate follow up and timely decision making
• Identifying market challenges and execution gaps and propose solutions
• Participating in regional recruiting events to build candidate relationships
• Converting leads to increase candidate pipelines
• Acting as a market subject matter expert
• Leveraging national recruiting programs and tools

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience recruiting for specialty healthcare and dental physician opportunities REQUIRED
• Industry experience within the healthcare/dental industry required
• Proven success recruiting for hard-to-hire and high-demand professionals
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-moving and growth-oriented environment
• Ability to travel when needed
• Experience with ATS platforms required
• Must have a business development mindset
