Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Human Resources Coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for managing employee relations, developing and maintaining HR policies, administering employee benefits, and assisting with HR management tasks. Additional responsibilities include facilitating onboarding processes, addressing workforce queries, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong background in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Experience in Benefits Administration and maintaining HR Policies
- Proven ability to handle Employee Relations effectively
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of European labor laws and compliance standards
- Proficiency in using HR software or management tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in workforce recruitment or consulting is an advantage
