About the role
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll help keep our hiring moving: scheduling interviews and moving candidates through the pipeline. As the first point of contact for many candidates, you’ll make sure they have a great experience with us, and you’ll work with the recruiting team to keep improving how we recruit.
The hiring manager is based in Ireland, so there is little to no overlap in working hours. We need someone very independent who is comfortable working without day-to-day guidance. The role will also support hiring across APAC.
What you’ll do
● Partner with our recruiters to schedule a high volume of interviews, debriefs and reference checks, including complex scheduling across many stakeholders
● Be the main point of contact for candidates, with warm, informative communication so they feel supported throughout
● Suggest and support improvements to our recruiting processes, often in ambiguous situations
● Help create new candidate experience programs and recruiting initiatives as we scale
● Use AI tools such as Claude as a core part of your daily workfl ow, as we build toward a more automated way of recruiting
You may be a good fit if you have
● 3+ years in a high-volume scheduling role, ideally in recruiting or talent acquisition
● A real passion for a great candidate and hiring manager experience
● Excellent written communication, especially friendly, clear emails that build rapport
● Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a steady stream of questions and new requests
● Work independently across time zones, without needing someone online at the same time
● Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily work (experience with Claude or similar is a plus)
● Solve problems proactively when things are ambiguous, and come up with options quickly
● Have partnered with recruiters to spot issues early and suggest process improvements
● An interest in client's mission and our commitment to AI safety
