Training Manager

2. About the Opportunity:

The Training Manager role leads and develops training programs focused on Payment Integrity clinical and coding audits. This position is responsible for establishing clear expectations, supporting employee growth, and ensuring that learning initiatives align with business goals and operational readiness. The role collaborates across functions to build scalable training solutions and improve organizational performance.

3. Responsibilities:

• Lead and evolve training and development activities for Payment Integrity clinical and coding audits

• Establish clear expectations and accountability for team members

• Support employee growth and development initiatives

• Ensure learning programs effectively support business goals and operational readiness

• Partner across functions to build scalable training solutions

• Improve performance outcomes and strengthen organizational capability

• Manage up to 10% annual travel for team meetings and client engagements

4. Requirements:

• Proven people leadership capability

• Experience developing high-performing teams

• Ability to drive training strategy and operational execution

• Experience improving learner outcomes

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year (based on experience, skills, and qualifications)

• Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
