Trainer I

2. About the Opportunity:

The Trainer I is responsible for developing and delivering training programs and auditing tools for contact center staff in Member and Provider Service roles. This role ensures that employees receive targeted training to enhance performance and compliance. By evaluating training effectiveness and recommending improvements, the position directly contributes to service quality and operational success. It supports continuous improvement in policies and work processes, helping the team meet organizational standards.

3. Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs analyses for call center staff

• Develop and select training programs and aids

• Evaluate training effectiveness through cost-benefit analyses

• Research and recommend external training resources

• Maintain training activity and employee progress records

• Assist in auditing staff work and provide improvement recommendations

• Support revisions to policies, procedures, and work processes

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Comply with all organizational policies and standards

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ training experience, preferably in managed care or healthcare

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• $56,200.00 - $101,000.00 per year
