About the Opportunity: The Talent Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing talent acquisition and management processes within the organization. This role ensures efficient recruitment workflows, maintains accurate talent data, and supports employee-related programs, contributing to the overall effectiveness of human capital operations
. Responsibilitie
- s: Collaborate with recruiters to manage candidate sourcing, recruiting, and offer process
- es.Maintain up-to-date records of candidate information, job postings, and recruitment metrics using HRIS or similar too
- ls.Manage relationships with recruiting vendors such as LinkedIn, Handshake, and Inde
- ed.Assist in managing internship programs, including planning and university engageme
- nt.Generate ATS reports and derive actionable insights from recruitment da
- ta.Work independently and collaboratively with team members and stakeholde
- rs.Facilitate regular interactions with internal partners across departmen
- ts.Build trust and maintain positive communication with colleagu
- es.Support management of the PERM Recruitment Proce
- ss.Coordinate scheduling for candidate interviews and panel presentatio
ns. Qualificati
- ons: Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experi
