About the Opportunity:
This organization offers a financial wellness platform that helps individuals and families save and invest for the long term. The role supports growth of teams focused on building financial wellness products across two companies serving millions of users. The position leads full-cycle recruiting and develops scalable hiring systems to identify and support top talent.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with leadership to design and deliver hiring strategies meeting business needs and attracting top talent across geographies
• Lead full-cycle recruiting ensuring a seamless, values-aligned candidate experience from outreach to offer
• Develop deep understanding of roles across the two companies
• Source and build pipelines of diverse, uniquely talented candidates using creative, targeted outreach
• Evaluate and improve technical recruiting processes, including interview structure and candidate evaluation tools
• Provide recruiting insights as a thought partner to leadership connecting hiring to business outcomes
• Mentor and guide team members to elevate hiring standards across the organization
• Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to strengthen employer brand and build scalable hiring programs
Requirements:
• 6+ years of technical or non-technical recruiting experience
• Proven success delivering high-impact hires across technical disciplines in fast-paced, high-growth, or mission-driven environments
• Expertise in building and maintaining networks with emerging technical talent
• Familiarity with hiring software engineers, security engineers, designers, and product managers
• Insight into ML, AI, and LLM-related technical trends and talent landscapes
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills at senior organizational levels
• Operational rigor with proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Drive to deliver impactful products with precision
• Alignment of work with personal mission and optimism about societal change

Compensation:
• Pay range at commencement expected between $122,500 and $135,000 per year, varying by factors such as location, skills, and experience
• Total compensation may include sign-on bonus, equity grants, discretionary cash bonuses, and full medical and financial benefits
