2. About the Opportunity:
The Human Resource Manager role is a newly established position responsible for overseeing the organization''s human resource functions. This position supports organizational initiatives and recruitment efforts, works closely with the executive team, and assists employees with HR and administrative needs. The role is key to maintaining effective HR operations and contributing to the company''s growth.
3. Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for employee questions and support requests.
• Manage full cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, feedback collection, background and reference checks, and offer extensions.
• Complete new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Support benefits enrollment and administration.
• Assist in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate employee reports.
• Support performance reviews and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
• Coordinate additional administrative tasks as needed.
4. Requirements:
• Self-directed and effective collaborator.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
• Decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Working knowledge of HR principles and procedures.
• Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Salary range from $80,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on experience.
• Potential eligibility for an annual cash incentive bonus based on performance, capped at a percentage of base salary.
