About the Opportunity:
The HEALTHCARE RECRUITER (Telehealth Mental Health - Nationwide) role is designed to identify and place mental health counselors with telehealth service providers across the country. This position plays a critical role in expanding access to mental health care by ensuring qualified professionals are recruited efficiently and successfully onboarded. The recruiter contributes by engaging candidates, facilitating their application and onboarding processes, and ultimately helping to meet the demand for mental health services through telehealth.
Responsibilities:
- Promote job opportunities to mental health counselors.
- Conduct Zoom calls to answer candidate questions.
- Assist candidates in completing job applications and onboarding.
- Maintain a self-motivated and persistent approach to recruiting.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare recruiting experience, specifically recruiting licensed healthcare professionals.
- Experience with high-pressure, metrics-driven environments and proven success in recruitment or sales.
- Knowledge of various mental health licenses and the credentialing process in the US.
- Ability to work productively in a fully remote environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage medical professionals.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Salary range from $70,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Benefits & Perks:
- Uncapped earning potential with base salary and quarterly bonuses.
- Remote work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
