Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking / SAP HR Consultant

Location: 100% Remote

Contract Duration: 6 Months+ ext.

NOTE: BPSS required & must be eligible for SC clearance

We’re looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking / SAP HR Consultant to support a large transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementations
• Design Consolidated Time Recording (CTR) frameworks
• Configure Time Recording Profiles, Time Valuations, Time Types & Work Schedules
• Align time tracking outputs with payroll processing
• Architect integrations with Employee Central, ECP, and external payroll systems

Additional Experience:

• SAP S/4HANA HR Attendance & Work Schedules
• Time Evaluation for overtime, premiums, and exceptions
• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
