Recruiter (French Speaker)

We are searching for a Recruiter to support our client, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to creating value for people living with severe diseases. With a strong focus on innovation and science, our client has a major presence in Europe and fosters a collaborative, open, and family-like culture.

What You Will Do:

In this role, you will be the engine driving top-of-funnel talent acquisition across Europe:

• Strategically Source and Recruit Talent: Proactively identify, engage, and pipeline passive candidates for a variety of corporate and support functions across multiple European countries (e.g., Finance, Audit, Strategy).
• Market Intelligence Expert: Act as a strategic advisor to Hiring Managers by providing expert guidance on talent availability, market trends, and sourcing strategies.
• Candidate Engagement: Create and execute highly effective outreach campaigns to build relationships with hard-to-find candidates, generating excitement about the client and specific opportunities.
• Process Enhancement: Drive continuous improvement by leading or participating in projects focused on optimizing sourcing channels, candidate relationship management (CRM) usage, and reporting metrics.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A seasoned Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience focused heavily on full cycle recruitment and candidate engagement, ideally in a corporate or RPO environment.
• Proven expertise in creating and executing complex, multi-channel sourcing strategies across various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, specialist databases, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and full professional proficiency in English and French is mandatory for cross-European collaboration.
• A proactive, solution-oriented individual who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
• Experience sourcing for corporate functions such as finance, audit, or strategy is highly desirable.
• An open-minded team player based in Poland or Hungary who learns quickly and adapts easily to new processes and international environments.
