Headhunter - Matchmaking Agency

I have an opportunity for someone to come and work with me on a freelance, remote, commission-only basis as a Freelance Matchmaking Headhunter. I'm looking for someone driven, with a background in headhunting, executive search or recruitment, who has around 10 hours a week to spare initially.

Please note that this is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity, making it ideal for someone looking to supplement their existing income or build a flexible freelance portfolio.

The kind of person this would suit is someone who:

• has a background in headhunting & executive
• has excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• is naturally curious with an investigative mindset
• has strong relationship-building and networking skills
• is able to work autonomously while also collaborating as part of a small, passionate team
• is resourceful and proactive in finding opportunities others may overlook

This is a unique role where you'll be identifying and sourcing suitable introductions for my matchmaking clients, helping successful single people find meaningful, long-term relationships.
