Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an HR, People Partner, or similar role.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
- Experience working directly with employees, team leads, and senior management.
- Strong communication, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and attention to people.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt HR practices to different teams, personalities, and business situations.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several HR processes simultaneously.
- Proactive and independent approach: the ability to identify a problem, suggest a solution, and take ownership of its implementation.
- Experience working in a hybrid or international environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the game development or IT industry.
- Experience supporting distributed and multicultural teams.
- Experience creating or improving HR processes in a growing company.
- Familiarity with HR analytics, engagement surveys, competency frameworks, performance reviews, and development plans.
We are looking for someone who combines empathy with structure. The ideal candidate is approachable and supportive, while also being able to set clear boundaries, handle difficult conversations, and keep HR processes consistent.
This person should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities may change, and some processes still need to be created or improved.
We value flexibility, ownership, sound judgement, and the ability to build trust with both employees and managers.
