Role Description

This part-time, remote role as a Human Resource Director - Advisor Program enables you to promote our saving solutions in return for years of residual income-no sales.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) practices, including experience with employee engagement and organizational design.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and align with the program requirements.
• Skills in Employee Relations, fostering positive workplace interactions and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Proficient in Performance Management, including setting KPIs and overseeing talent development strategies.
• Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure adherence to regulatory standards across jurisdictions.
• Experience advising on HR strategies in advisory-focused or affiliate frameworks is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a remote work environment.
