What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Partner with HR and IT teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements for Workday enhancements and new functionalities
- Oversee end-to-end system maintenance, including release management, testing, and requirements gathering
- Build and maintain Workday reports to support Centers of Excellence (COEs)
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency across Workday and connected systems
- Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related issues and troubleshoot HR and Payroll problems
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or HRIS Analyst focused on Workday
- Hands-on experience with one or more Workday modules: HCM, Talent, Compensation, Absence, or Security
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience supporting Workday in a large enterprise or global environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Understanding of change management, testing methodologies (UAT), and release management
- Functional HR knowledge with one or more Centers of Excellence (COEs)
- Proven experience applying HR principles within an HRIS environment to enhance processes
