What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to identify and resolve system issues and enhancements
• Conduct analyses to determine the root cause of problems and implement appropriate solutions
• Create and manage processes to support HR data integrity and accuracy
• Lead testing phases to ensure system configurations meet specified requirements
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and generate reports for HR leadership

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with an HRIS as a super user or in a functional administrative capacity
• Minimum 1 year of experience facilitating HR business process design and gathering business requirements
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a Shared Services organization
• Minimum 1 year of experience creating test cases and leading various phases of testing
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR Development or Computer and Information Science preferred

• Strong ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
