Role : Oracle HCM cloud Principal consultant
Fulltime role
Location : Richardson Texas/Raliegh NC/Hartford CT/Phoenix AZ /remote with some travel
seeking an HCM Principal Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle HCM, he selected candidate will interface with key stakeholders and apply domain and technical and functional proficiency including requirements elicitation, design, build and deployment of solutions for customer’s HCM application.
- Experience in configuring and supporting any 2 HCM modules like Core HR, Benefits, compensation management, payroll, Workforce Compensation Cloud.
Preferred Skill and Experience
- Experience in implementing and configuring workforce compensation plans, individual compensation plans.
- Experience in implementing and configuring Payroll Cloud and Core HR, Self-Service.
- Experience in working total compensation and change statements.
- Work experience in fast formulas.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
