Our Client, A Leading Digital Media Company is hiring aHR Business Process Analyst. You will be supporting enterprise-level initiatives to optimize HR operations and systems. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, document, and improve end-to-end HR processes—driving efficiencies and enhancing employee experience across the organization.
Contract Type: 12-Month W2 Contract (open to extension/conversion)
Location: 100% Remote (Must work ET hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and map current HR business processes across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance, and HRIS functions
- Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process automation and improvement
- Document business requirements, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support HR system implementations, enhancements, and integrations—ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance standards
- Lead data validation, UAT, and change management initiatives for HR technology projects
- Develop dashboards, metrics, and reports to monitor HR process performance and success
- Act as a liaison between HR stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and solution delivery
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst within HR or HRIS functions
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and data (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar)
- Proven experience in business process documentation, requirements gathering, and workflow design
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment aligned to Eastern Time hours
