We are seeking a versatile HR Generalist to manage core HR functions, support employee engagement, and contribute to overall people operations. This role is ideal for someone experienced, organized, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding
- Assist with recruitment, performance management, and training initiatives
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies
- Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters
- Contribute to employee engagement, wellness, and development programs
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and policies
âś… Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in HR generalist or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and HR practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Based in Australia with full working rights

- HR qualification (Cert IV, Diploma, or Bachelor’s in HR/Business)
- Experience in employee engagement, training, or organizational development
