We are seeking a versatile HR Generalist to manage core HR functions, support employee engagement, and contribute to overall people operations. This role is ideal for someone experienced, organized, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding
• Assist with recruitment, performance management, and training initiatives
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters
• Contribute to employee engagement, wellness, and development programs
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and policies

✅ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in HR generalist or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and HR practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Based in Australia with full working rights
