Description

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business objectives using Power BI, DAX, Power Query etc
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Collaborate with various departments (Finance, Operations, HR etc) to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within analytics systems.
  • Support the implementation of data-driven strategies across the organisation.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics.

Profile

A successful Business Intelligence Analyst should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as data analytics, statistics, or computer science.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SQL / DAX or similar database query languages.
  • An ability to communicate complex data insights in a simple and effective manner.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs through data.
