Principal Recruitment Consultant

Maxwell Marshall is a search firm that helps investors, startups and high growth companies operating in emerging markets to secure mid and senior level talent.

Following an exceptional half 1 performance, we are looking to grow the team, and are therefore looking to speak with senior level recruitment consultants who possess 3+ years experience in a recruitment or search firm.

You will inherit a bustling desk that's generated around £400k in the last 12 months, placing mid to senior level professionals into emerging market investors (PE/VC/Infra/Debt/DFIs/Impact).
