As a Talent Sourcing Partner (TSP), you will be a strategic advisor, operator, and relationship manager. You’ll engage directly with client stakeholders, drive sourcing campaigns, and ensure candidates are efficiently curated through the contingent hiring lifecycle.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Sourcing Partner with deep expertise in Financial Services and Technology Talent Markets for the UKI region to join our Direct Sourcing Team here at Magnit. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with top contingent talent to build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs across our client portfolio. You will leverage your market knowledge, sourcing expertise, and strategic approach to attract high-quality candidates directly, and driving recruitment efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Talent Sourcing:
Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with top talent across technology, data, risk, compliance, and finance functions.
Market Intelligence:
Leverage deep knowledge of financial services and fintech talent markets to provide insights on candidate availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activity.
Pipeline Development:
Create and manage robust pipelines of passive candidates for critical and recurring roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified talent.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Collaborate closely with Magnit’s client services teams to engage with hiring managers, HRBPs, and business leaders to understand evolving workforce needs and design targeted sourcing strategies.
Candidate Engagement:
Deliver a high-quality, relationship-driven candidate experience that reflects our brand’s reputation for integrity, innovation, and excellence.
Technology-Driven Sourcing:
Utilize advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing platforms, CRMs, coding challenge platforms, GitHub, etc.) to reach both traditional and emerging tech talent.
Diversity & Inclusion:
Implement inclusive sourcing strategies to ensure diverse representation in talent pipelines, aligning with company DE&I goals.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track sourcing effectiveness through key performance metrics (pipeline conversion rates, time-to-hire, diversity mix, etc.) and make data-backed recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in financial services, fintech, or technology industries.
- Proven success in direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement for niche and senior-level roles.
- Strong familiarity with financial and regulatory environments, and understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, cybersecurity, cloud, data analytics).
- Skilled in using sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, social sourcing, talent mapping, CRM/ATS systems).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
