  • Collaborate with like-minded HR and leadership professionals to exchange best practices and insights.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in HR, organisational development, or leadership consulting.
  • Minimum 5 years of full-time professional experience in a people-focused or advisory role.
  • Skilled in relationship-building, communication, and facilitation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage your schedule, workload, and outcomes effectively.
  • Motivated by results, growth, and the opportunity to shape your own success.
