What You Will Do
- Own requisitions end to end from intake meeting with the HR manager through accepted offer
- Actively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo Talent OS, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach; do not wait for applicants
- Conduct phone and video screens that evaluate skills, experience, and fit for a fast paced plaintiff firm
- Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones and keep hiring managers on track
- Maintain accurate, up to date records in the ATS so pipeline reporting is always reliable
- Deliver a candidate experience that reflects well on the firm, including timely communication with candidates we do not move forward with
- Write and refresh job descriptions with hiring managers
- Support attorney and specialty searches with research, outreach, and pipeline management
- Track your own metrics and work with firm leadership to improve them
What We Are Looking For
- 3 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience, in house or agency
- High volume experience is required. You have carried a heavy req load and hit hiring targets
- Legal, healthcare, call center, or professional services recruiting experience is a plus
- Comfortable with sourcing tools and an ATS, and quick to pick up new technology
- Organized and reliable. Hiring managers should never have to chase you for an update
- Strong written communication and a professional, warm presence on the phone and on video
- Spanish fluency is a plus given the communities we serve
