
Senior Manager, Labor Relations

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Labor Relations to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Director to develop and execute labor relations strategy
- Identify and recommend critical labor relations priorities
- Represent the company during collective bargaining negotiations
- Serve as designated backup to the Senior Director of Labor Relations
- Lead or co-lead labor campaigns with external consultants
- Oversee grievance and arbitration processes
- Analyze labor trends and provide actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive labor relations experience
- Experience leading collective bargaining negotiations
- Experience partnering with external labor counsel
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Ability to influence without authority
