For our client, we are seeking a Senior HR Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a mission-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $99,000 – $110,000 annually Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans with timelines and resource allocation
- Lead implementation of cross-functional HR projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to gather requirements and provide updates
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to secure project success
- Exercise strong leadership and problem-solving skills to guide project teams through ambiguity
- Maintain project documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in HR project management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, HR, IT, or related field
- 5 additional years of related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager
- 1 year of experience managing and leading HR & HR Technology projects
- PMP Certification preferred
- Hands-on experience managing ERP or HR systems implementation preferred
- Proven strategic mindset for developing forward-thinking solutions
