Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee employee relations, recruit talent, develop HR strategies and processes, and manage compliance with labor laws and policies. Responsibilities include onboarding, performance management, addressing employee inquiries, implementing training and development programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role requires collaboration with team members to ensure the company's HR operations support its overall goals and values.
Qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee onboarding
- Skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and creating a positive workplace culture
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and compliance with labor laws
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in HR software, tools, and technology is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the property management, hospitality, or real estate industry is an advantage
