HR Operations Transformation Consultant

Ivanti is seeking a six-month term contractor to support the Global HR Operations Transformation based on the US (Remote).

Our People Team has embarked on an exciting transformation, and we’re looking for an experienced and operationally focused contractor to help us strengthen and scale our Global HR operations. This role will focus on assessing our current practices, systems, and processes across the business, identifying gaps, and building scalable, efficient solutions that reduce operational risk and support our growth.

You’ll partner closely with the People team and key stakeholders to streamline workflows, improve consistency, and put the right foundations in place for a more modern, reliable HR experience.

• HR/Payroll Process Transformation
• Employee File Consolidation
• Employee work location audit
• Contingent worker audit
• Global HR Ops SOP Development

What you will bring:

• Demonstrable experience of delivering HR process transformation related to payroll and onboarding
• Experience of designing, creating and implementing automated processes
• Strong collaboration skills
• Ability to work across multiple projects at one time
• Exposure to Global practice alignment (EMEA, APAC, LATAM)
• Solid understanding of HRIS and payroll systems including Workday.
