Innovar Group is partnering with a client on a large HR transformation initiative and is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in one of the following areas: People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Workforce Planning, and/or Time Management.
Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Compensation: $90–100/hour W2. Pay range may be exceeded for candidates with more expertise in the required modules.
Contract Duration: 12+ months
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and support People Analytics (Stories in People Analytics, Report Center)
• Design and maintain Workforce Analytics (WFA) reporting and KPI frameworks
• Support Workforce Planning including headcount forecasting and scenario modeling
• Configure and support SuccessFactors Time Management / Time Tracking
• Build cross-module reports pulling from EC, Time, and Talent data
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate workforce reporting requirements into system configuration
• Support data validation, testing, and go-live activities
Qualifications:
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience in People Analytics and/or Workforce Analytics
• Experience configuring Story Reports and working within SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Experience with Workforce Planning or strategic headcount modeling
• Strong knowledge of EC Time Management or SuccessFactors Time Tracking (time valuation, absence management, overtime rules)
• Experience supporting HR data migration, reporting optimization, or system enhancements
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
