Senior Business Analyst – Compensation Solutions (SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central)

📍 Remote

🗓 Contract: 5 Months (Potential Extension)

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in HR Compensation systems to support enterprise solutions across Promotions, Rewards, Stock programs, and Performance & Development initiatives.

This is a high-impact role partnering with HR, Engineering, Payroll, Finance, and Data teams to deliver compliant, scalable, and audit-ready solutions within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related compensation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering and documentation for compensation initiatives and promotion cycles
  • Translate compensation policies and business needs into clear functional requirements
  • Partner with HR Compensation and Performance teams to support rewards cycles
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams on system configuration and integrations
  • Conduct impact assessments and support release planning
  • Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy, including test scenarios and defect management
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and audit readiness
  • Identify process improvements to reduce operational risk and manual effort

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–10+ years of Business Analyst experience
  • Strong background supporting Compensation, Promotions, Rewards, and Performance programs
  • Deep hands-on experience with SAP HR and/or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Experience working with HR data flows and system integrations
  • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, and release readiness
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with HR, Engineering, Payroll, and Finance teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
