Workday Specialist

IDR is seeking a Workday Specialist to join one of our top clients in a fully remote capacity, preferably within the Eastern or Central time zones. This role is pivotal in supporting our client's HR Technology team, focusing on Workday Compensation and Benefits, while also managing a complex integration environment with PeopleSoft. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Workday Specialist:

• Provide expert support for Workday Compensation and Benefits modules, ensuring seamless operation and integration.
• Assist in configuring and enhancing Workday functionalities, addressing issues, and optimizing processes.
• Facilitate data movement and integration between Workday and PeopleSoft, ensuring effective communication across platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to review and improve existing HR processes.
• Engage with third-party consultants to deliver scalable solutions and support additional HR technology projects as needed.

Required Skills for Workday Specialist:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday, particularly in Compensation and Benefits.
• Proven experience as a Workday technical administrator with a strong understanding of HR processes and downstream impacts.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and enhancing Workday processes, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a complex enterprise environment and collaborate effectively with technical teams and consultants.
