Up to £40k base + 20% commission | OTE: £80–100k+ realistic

This is a unique opportunity to join a boutique search firm that partners with the most disruptive tech startups across the UK, Europe and the US. You’ll be working closely with a top-billing founder, delivering on high-quality search mandates while learning the art of personal branding, market engagement and becoming a true subject-matter expert.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering on high-value retained projects for hypergrowth clients
• Sourcing and screening candidates across Product, GTM, Strategy & Commercial functions
• Building deep talent networks across relevant verticals
• Learning how to write standout market content, personal posts, and even produce podcast material
• Supporting the full lifecycle of assignments with precision and pace

What We’re Looking For

• Recruitment experience ideally within any tech-into-startup environments
• Strong personal branding, experience with (or desire to get involved with) podcasting or similar passive recruitment marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communicator – sharp, insightful, and curious
• Able to work independently in a remote-first culture
• Based within ~2–3 hrs of London (monthly meet-ups required)
