Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR / Contracts Administrator to support with drafting contracts, data entry, and maintaining accurate employee records. This role requires strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare employment contracts and related HR documentation.
- Input and update contract information and employee data within internal systems.
- Accurately save and organise contracts within the correct folders and filing systems.
- Ensure all documentation is completed, recorded, and stored correctly.
- Support the HR team with general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR administration or contracts administration.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with care.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Available for an immediate start.
