THE OPPORTUNITY
- Fully remote from Portugal, with opportunities to meet the team in Lisbon.
- Freelance collaboration with full-time availability.
- Fixed compensation plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. Amounts and conditions will be discussed during the selection process.
YOUR ROLE
- Source and engage Dutch-speaking candidates for international opportunities.
- Interview candidates, assess their experience and motivations, and match them with relevant roles.
- Manage candidate follow-up through interviews and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and collaborate with the Hira Talent team.
YOUR PROFILE
- Previous recruitment experience is required.
- Strong written and spoken Dutch, and English for team communication.
- Confident sourcing, interviewing and managing a recruitment pipeline.
- Organised, proactive and motivated by results.
- Based in Portugal and available for a full-time freelance collaboration.
