About the Role

• HighKey Agency is seeking a high-performance Social Media Manager to lead brand presence and growth for a portfolio of 5–8 personal brand clients. This role blends strategy, creative direction, and execution.
• You will be responsible for driving content virality, aligning brand voice, and delivering measurable growth across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Account Ownership: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, overseeing content direction, reporting, and results.
• Content Strategy: Develop and execute platform-specific growth strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Creative Direction: Plan scripts and shot lists for filming sessions, ensuring content is optimized for post-production.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with editors, designers, and assistants to deliver content at scale and on schedule.
• Analytics & Optimization: Report weekly on engagement, reach, and conversions. Adjust strategies based on performance insights.
• Client Communication: Lead calls, present results with confidence, and provide proactive recommendations.
• Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and emerging best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven social media management experience (agency or brand side).
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Demonstrated track record of creating viral content (e.g., 100k+ views, 10%+ engagement rates).
• Strong leadership skills: able to delegate, uphold standards, and drive performance.
• Experience leading client communication with confidence and professionalism.
• Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working under pressure.

Success MetricsAt 90 Days:

• Viral content systems established for all assigned clients.
• Successful execution of multiple high-performing short-form video campaigns.
• Strong client satisfaction and trust earned through results.

At 6 Months:

• Leading internal best-practice training for the social team.
• Delivering measurable ROI (reach, leads, or bookings) for client accounts.
• Recognized as a performance leader within HighKey Agency.
