SAP HCM Senior Consultant | S/4HANA Transformation | Remote Spain
We are partnering with a leading organization to hire an experienced SAP HCM Senior Consultant for a major SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation program. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a high-impact migration project, working across the full project lifecycle from business process design and solution analysis through implementation and post-go-live enhancements.
Location: 100% Remote within Spain
Travel: Occasional travel to Madrid, depending on project requirements
Languages: Spanish & English (C1)
Candidate must be based in Spain, No Sponsorship Available
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in business workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including Business Blueprints, Functional Design Documents, and Solution Analysis documents.
- Configure and implement SAP HCM solutions within the S/4HANA environment.
- Support the rollout and adoption of new S/4HANA functionalities.
- Monitor project actions, issues, and deliverables throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Required Experience
- Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant.
- Strong expertise in:
- PA-PY (Personnel Administration & Payroll)
- HCM PT (Time Management)
- HCM PD (Personnel Development)
- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration or transformation projects.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams.
