Workday Administrator

Workday Administrator - $130,000 - Fully Remote

I'm partnered with an organization that is investing heavily in its Workday landscape and is looking for a Workday Administrator to join the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become the internal Workday SME, supporting a newly implemented Workday Financials environment while playing a key role in a major HCM implementation. You'll work across both Finance and HR teams, driving system enhancements, governance, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will be the Workday SME and strategic platform owner across both HCM and Financials
• Drive system enhancements, optimization initiatives, and governance processes to maximize platform effectiveness
• Oversee Workday releases, updates, and continuous improvements
• Provide Tier 3 support, troubleshooting complex issues and delivering effective solutions
• Lead testing, validation, and deployment activities
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across HR and Finance to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and system documentation
• Contribute to Security configuration and maintenance
• Support user adoption, process improvement, and ongoing optimization

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of Workday experience across either HCM or Financials (Exposure to both will be highly beneficial)
• The ability to act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and make recommendations that drive continuous improvements
• Experience providing advanced system support and troubleshooting complex issues
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Previous Workday implementation experience is highly desirable

This position is fully remote and is paying up to $130,000.
