About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on ERP Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance our HR and Payroll systems, with a focus on Workday (HR) and UKG (Payroll).

This is not a traditional Business Analyst role. Instead, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly in systems—configuring, optimizing, and improving how they function.

You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between HR/Payroll teams and IT, helping drive system enhancements and continuous improvement across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Configure and optimize Workday (HR) and/or UKG (Payroll) systems
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other teams to understand needs and implement system improvements
• Translate business requirements into technical system configurations and workflows
• Lead and participate in cross-functional discussions around system updates and enhancements
• Manage and implement system change requests (enhancements—not break/fix support)
• Support system upgrades and ongoing improvements
• Analyze current processes and recommend ways to improve efficiency and performance

What Your Day Looks Like

• ~50% collaborating with stakeholders and leading discussions around system changes
• 25–30% working on enhancement requests and updates
• Remaining time focused on hands-on configuration, system improvements, and upgrades

👉 This role is focused on proactive improvements and optimization—not reactive support or troubleshooting.

• ERP Analyst
• Systems Analyst
• Applications Analyst
• Hands-on experience with:
• Workday (HR module – configuration experience required)
• UKG (Payroll configuration experience preferred)
• Ability to:
• Work across both business and technical teams
• Translate business needs into system solutions
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting both Workday and UKG
• Background working with HR, Payroll, and Finance systems
• Experience in system optimization or continuous improvement initiatives
