HR Controller (P.iva - Full Remote)

On behalf of our client – a company in the tech industry – Grafton’s Finance & Accounting team is currently recruiting for an

HR Controller (P. iva – Full Remote)

to join their team in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

The HR Controller will oversee HR-related controlling activities, ensuring accurate monitoring of personnel costs, documentation management, and data-driven support to strategic decisions. The role will collaborate daily with international stakeholders and report directly to the CEO during the initial phase.

• Evaluation and monitoring of personnel costs (salaries, contributions, benefits)

• Budget vs. actual analysis and preparation of periodic HR reports for management

• Support in defining the personnel budget and forecasting impacts of new hires, salary reviews, and turnover

• Monitoring key HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, time-to-hire, cost per hire, productivity)

• Identification of trends, critical areas, and opportunities for process optimization

• Management and organization of HR documentation

• Support in employee compensation management

• Collaboration with the US-based Finance department

• Participation in 2–3 annual company meetings with the wider team

Required Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience in controlling (preferably HR controlling)

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with HR and financial data

• Excellent command of English, spoken daily with international teams

• Ability to work independently in a full-remote environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Motivation to engage in a stable and long‑term collaboration

Must have

• Proven experience in controlling

• Full professional proficiency in English

• Solid experience in HR documentation and compensation management
