Job Title: Dayforce Scheduling Consultant – Migration ProjectLocation: Remote-USAPosition Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Dayforce Scheduling Consultant to support a Dayforce to UKG migration project. The primary focus will be on Dayforce Scheduling configuration and implementation, ensuring workforce scheduling processes are optimized and successfully transitioned.

Additional exposure to Dayforce installations, broader configuration, or prior migration experience will be highly valuable.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, optimize, and support Dayforce Scheduling functionalities for client operations.
  • Analyze existing scheduling setups in Dayforce and align them with UKG requirements.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to design and document scheduling processes for migration.
  • Support the migration team by mapping scheduling configurations, validating data, and ensuring business rules are carried forward.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Dayforce Scheduling best practices, compliance rules, and optimization.
  • Assist with broader Dayforce configuration/installation activities if required during the migration.
  • Troubleshoot scheduling-related issues and support end-users during transition.

Expectations

  • Proven space in Dayforce Scheduling experience (configuration, optimization, implementation).
  • Strong knowledge of labor rules, compliance, and scheduling best practices within Dayforce.
  • Hands-on experience with Dayforce configuration/installation is a plus.
  • Experience supporting migration projects (ideally Dayforce to UKG) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and Operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
