Workday HCM and Security

Overview

Seeking a **Workday HCM & Security/Integration Consultant** with strong experience in **Workday implementations, integrations, and HR transformation projects**. The role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and supporting Workday integrations between Workday and HR, Benefits, Payroll, and other enterprise systems.

#### Key Requirements

* Strong hands-on experience with **Workday HCM**, **Workday Security**, and **Workday Integrations**.

* Expertise in **EIB, Workday Studio, Document Transformation, Calculated Fields, Core HCM, Benefits, and Payroll Connectors**.

* Knowledge of **XML, XSLT, XPath, XML Schema**, and **Web Services (SOAP/WSDL)**.

* Experience with **HRIS, HR, Benefits, and Payroll systems** and related integration approaches.

* Understanding of Workday implementation lifecycle, data conversion, and security concepts.

* Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and support production environments.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

#### Responsibilities

* Gather and analyze business and technical requirements for Workday solutions.

* Design and develop integrations between Workday and third-party HR systems.

* Conduct client workshops and validate integration requirements.

* Support testing, deployment, production rollout, and post-go-live support.

* Resolve integration and system issues while collaborating with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders.

* Manage stakeholder communications and provide knowledge transfer to clients and team members.

* Experienced Workday consultant with a background in **HRIS, HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Security**.

* Strong technical integration skills combined with client-facing and consulting experience.
