Human Resources Generalist

This remote HR Generalist based in Greenville or Columbia, SC supports a growing, mission-driven organization with a strong emphasis on employee relations, compliance, and operational excellence. The position partners closely with leadership and employees to deliver a positive employee experience while ensuring accurate and compliant HR practices.

Responsibilities

• :Serve as a primary resource for employee relations matters, including performance management guidance, conflict resolution, and escalated employee question
• sAdminister leave and accommodations processes including FMLA and AD
• AManage and maintain accurate employee records within the HRI
• SProcess employee changes such as promotions, transfers, pay updates, contracts, and separation
• sSupport recruiting, hiring, and onboarding activities in partnership with another HR Generalis
• tCoordinate and help facilitate in-person orientations and employee recognition effort
• sTrack and maintain required employee certifications in collaboration with leadershi
• pProvide policy interpretation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment law
• sPrepare HR reports and assist with audits, documentation, and compliance need
• sPartner cross-functionally with leadership on training, development, and employee engagement initiative
