The self-supervised Workday Analyst will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial Management systems. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand their needs, providing technical solutions, and ensuring the efficient operation of Workday applications.   • Design new configurations and maintain Workday HCM and/or Financial Management modules
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and/or IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
  • Run business integrations ensuring all associates are aligned in correct positions and with accurate data fields in Workday
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards
  • Provide end-user training and support
  • Stay updated on Workday releases and enhancements and implement new features
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Workday system
  • Participate in system upgrades and patches
  • Produce and maintain appropriate audits for data integrity

Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 3 to 5 years of job experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Finance, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently
  • 3+ years of experience working with Workday HCM and/or Financial Management
  • Strong understanding of HR processes
  • Proficiency in Workday configuration, reporting, and security
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Workday certification is a plus

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience

Certification:

  • Workday Pro Certification Preferred Or other approved job relevant certification
